I have been a personal trainer for 8+ years, specializing in 1-on-1 training. I help clients increase their strength, drop fat, and optimize their health. He has done a great job throughout our work together - ascertaining my goals and fitness level when we started and creating a program for me to build strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. He demonstrates each exercise, pointing out which muscle group we are targeting, and is helpful in offering corrections and modifications if needed. When I have questions about why we are doing a certain exercise, he provides an explanation that helps put it into context for the overall training plan - it is clear to me that he’s done his homework and is thoughtful about the training program.
